Exchange and Return Policy

At Iqra Chikankari, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is entirely different from what you ordered, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• A completely different product was delivered in error.

Exchange Window

• Our exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
• No exchange requests will be accepted beyond the 3-day window.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags and labels must be intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping for Exchange

• Reverse pickup is currently not available.
• Customers are required to arrange and bear the shipping cost of sending the item back to us for exchange.

Please ensure that the parcel is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Exchange Process

1. To initiate an exchange, please email us at iqrachikankari@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. In your email, kindly mention your Order ID, a clear reason for the exchange, and supporting images (in case of damage or defect).
3. Upon acknowledgement, we will share the return address and further instructions.
4. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your exchange will be processed within 5–6 working days.
5. We will dispatch the replacement product as per availability. In case the requested item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We currently offer only exchanges for valid cases as stated above.
